Norwich Drop and Go Undercover Parking is a simple and convenient means of parking at Norwich airport. Drop and Go provide undercover parking and a Meet and Greet service that cuts out all the hassle of airport parking. There is no need for transfers; you are met by a fully-insured Drop and Go driver at the airport terminal for arrival and departure.

What should I do when I arrive?

Drive to the Drop Off/Pick Up point in the Short Stay car park. 20 minutes before you arrive call Drop and Go Parking on 07772 837 715 so that a Drop and Go driver can be ready waiting for you on arrival. You will find them at the terminal entrance, identified by a board with the Drop and Go logo. Your car will then be driven to the car park while you proceed to check-in.

What about when it's time to leave?

When you have collected your baggage and cleared customs, please telephone 07876 717674 to inform your driver. During peak season, for your own safety we will meet you in the 2nd aisle of the short stay car park. If you have a disability then please make your driver aware on contact and we will deliver your car to the disabled bays located on the 1st aisle. If your return date changes we require at least 24 hours notice to ensure we have you vehicle available for your return.

How safe is my car?

Drop and Go Car Parks are manned 24 hours a day. The second storage site is a secured compound.

Important information

Norwich Airport currently only allows 5 minutes to drop off and pick up free of charge in the short stay car park. Therefore please telephone 20 minutes before your arrival on 07876 717674. Once you have arrived, while you unload your luggage we will check in your car and aim to have you on your way within these 5 minutes.

Drop and Go will usually confirm your arrival details a few days prior by telephone. If you have a disability or need extra assistance then please let us know in advance on 01603 416404.
