What should I do when I arrive?

Drive directly to the airport terminal building. 20 minutes before you arrive call Drop and Go Parking so that a Drop and Go driver can be ready waiting for you on arrival. You will find them at the Drop Off/Pick Up point in the Short Stay car park identified by a board with the Drop and Go logo. Your car will then be driven to the car park while you proceed to check-in.

What about when it's time to leave?

When you have collected your baggage and cleared customs, please telephone to inform your driver. During peak season, for your own safety we will meet you in the 2nd aisle of the short stay car park. If you have a disability then please make your driver aware on contact and we will deliver your car to the disabled bays located on the 1st aisle. If your return date changes we require at least 24-hours notice to ensure we have you vehicle available for your return.

How safe is my car?

Drop and Go Car Parks are manned 24 hours a day. The second storage site is a secured compound.
