What should I do when I arrive?

When you're about 40 minutes from the airport call Swift on 07402 840 288 to let them know your arrival time. Head to the Short Stay car park and take a ticket at the entry barrier; you'll be met by a professional Swift Meet and Greet driver who will take the ticket, check over your car and park it for you.

Top Tip: Don't worry, any important phone numbers will be included in your booking confirmation.

How do I get to Luton Airport?

While the Swift driver is finding a space for your car you can just stroll into the terminal building and get your trip underway.

What about when it's time to leave?

As you collect your luggage give Swift another call to let them know you're back, the driver will bring your car to the Short Term car park and meet you where you dropped it off.

Additional Information

Please note: If you're going to be later than your scheduled collection time you will need to pay the driver for the additional time. You will also need £1 to exit the car park. If you are over 15 minutes late the charge to exit the car park will be £4.50. This charge is set by the airport and is unavoidable.
