What should I do when I arrive?
Drive to the arrival lanes and park your car there, then head into reception and hand over your keys to the friendly staff who will park it for you while you catch the free transfer shuttle to the terminal.
How do I get to Heathrow Airport?
The free shuttle runs every 20 minutes between 4am to 11.40pm and takes between 12-30 minutes depending on which terminal you are flying from.
What about when it's time to leave?
Simply catch the transfer shuttle back to the car park and head to the reception desk, they'll return your keys and let you know where your car is parked. Hop in and head home, nice and easy!
Top Tip:If you are going to be back early try to let the car park know so they can make sure your car is ready for you.
