Purple Parking Park and Ride T3 Heathrow Airport Parking was simple and straightforward but when we came home first the bus did not stop at the front of the queue causing mayhem then we went to Terminal 5 to let off passengers which meant most of the people and thier luggage who just got on had to get off again to let them off which was ridiculous the driver should have been empty when he picked us up at Terminal 2. It would be helpful if the message could include the time when the next bus will arrive so you could wait inside the terminal. The location of the new car park is more convenient than the old one. The supervisor was doing his best to sort it out but there was a wait of about half an hour which was a bit stressful as I was running a bit late but fortunately the airport was quiet and still had plenty of time to catch my flight. Perfect service on way back even though flight very delayed. When we returned there was no bus, it was pouring with rain and several people waiting had been there over half hour and were trying to phone to see if a bus was going to come get us but no one could contact you.
