What should I do when I arrive?
Drive up to the car park's entry barrier where the automatic system will read your number plate, issue you a ticket and raise the barrier - if you have any trouble press the intercom and a member of staff will assist you. Once you're in the car park just find yourself a free space and park up.
How do I get to Heathrow Airport?
When you're ready to head to Heathrow Airport you can jump on one of the free transfer buses; they run every 20 minutes and take between 8-12 minutes to reach the airport, depending on which terminal you need.
