NCP Flightpath Heathrow Airport The shuttle transfer was on time and easy to locate at the car park and the airport. Car was safe and no problems when we returned to collect it. However there is one issue there are not enough signs indicating where the carpark is. We had to ask three times at the park lane hotel before being shown where to go. Post code is correct but needs much clearer instructions for final part of route. It was a good thing that we had allowed plenty of time. We would use the carpark again now we know where it is! Also it describes the bus times as every 20 mins, in reality the bus goes on the hour then 20 past and 40 mins past, why not give the exact times. The only problem is that the parking area is surrounded by trees and, when we got back, the car was coated in a yellowish sticky pollen. As soon as the attendant saw us he came right out and explained that the machine didn’t read our number plate properly on entry (screw in the O so it thought it was an 8) he took our ticket, validated it and we were on our way within 5minutes - no fuss. NCP Flightpath Heathrow Airport Simple process when booking online, and information sent through of instructions of what to do on arrival to the NCP car park and what to do on return. I had to change my car after booking which I did online and when I arrived to the car park my new Reg was registered and I collected my ticket at the barrier. Parked up and then went to the free bus transfer stop and it quickly and promptly took me to terminal 1. On return bus came withinmins and I went back to the car. Previous airport car parks have had more cameras so I was a bit worried and the instructions on how to get to you were not completely clear- I would never have guessed that we had to go through a hotel car park to find you. I thought that was private property. Also- the pick up instructions were not clear. The pick up for terminal 3 is not 18 as suggested. That is for terminal 2. NCP Flightpath (Terminals 2 and 3) Heathrow Airport Very easy to find NCP car park. Booked online on arrival the barrier issued a ticket. Found a parking space and the free bus is by the entrance of the car park and within 10 mins and was at terminal 2. On arrival home terminal 2 go to bus stop 18 exactly where the bus dropped you off. I did wait 30mins for the free bus not 20mins as they advised but I did not have to call the office. Once back at the car park as I drove out the barrier automatically lifted. You keep your keys with you at this car park so you know where your car is parked on return and it is monitored 24hr and my car was fine on return no issues. I would use this car park in the future very happy with service. The car park in places is unmade but this did not bother me it wasn't bad in anyway. Just head for the Park Inn - it's clearly signposted from there. Shuttle bus was slow. Long time to depart, went to T3 then T2 and collected people on the way (not at the official stop).
