What should I do when I arrive?
When you are about 20 minutes from Gatwick Airport give Ace a call. As you arrive at the airport follow the signs for the Short Stay passenger drop off; here you'll be met by an Ace representative who will take your keys, check your car for any pre-existing damage and then transfer your car to a secured car park.

You are already outside the terminal building so all you need to do is walk to check-in and get ready to enjoy your holiday.
What about when it's time to leave?
Once you have returned to the UK and collected your luggage give Ace another call and they will bring your car round for you; just head back to where you dropped your car off and it'll be ready and waiting for you.
