Only negative was the car park was full when we arrived as they were just sorting and driving out cars to secure location so took as 10minutes to get parked up but not an issue as check in desk only 5min walk through enclosed walk way. But would not expect the radio to be left on full volume and the heating (both sides ) turned up to 25 degrees, seat angled right back and the steering wheel sticky!! ACE Meet and Greet Gatwick Airport Departing from your new location at Hampton Hilton Hotel was no problem. On return we contacted your staff as we left security and arrived at the parking area 15 minutes later AND had to wait another 25 minutes for our car !!! There was no waiting area AND no seating available. Also the staff were not bothered one way or another. Only when our car arrived the driver said its a very busy time of the day !!! ACE Meet and Greet Gatwick Airport We rated the service 5 out of 10. The outbound leg was pretty good. The people I spoke to en route were friendly and helpful. But it’s not what I would call a full service ‘meet and greet’ as you actually take your car to one of the short stay car parks rather than the drop off area close to the entrance so there’s still a bit of a walk with baggage and little people. The return leg was less good. We called after we’d collected our bags and were told to make our way to the designated pick up point where our car would be waiting. The car wasn’t there so we waited a while and after 20mins called again. We were informed that the car was on its way and that it can take 15-20mins (which we hadn’t been told previously). The arrived after 25mins. The drop off guy was friendly and helpful. So, it was all ok, but will probably try other services another time. Mr Hannington 06 Jul, 2018

Only downside was the car must have been parked under a tree, very dusty which was not a problem but also lots of baked on bird droppings that took ages to clean off when home.
