What should I do when I arrive?

They operate an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system so it is important to ensure you have entered the correct vehicle registration when making your booking. We recommend that you bring a copy of your confirmation with you. On arrival, approach the entry barrier and your car registration will be read. A ticket will be automatically dispensed to you. On your ticket will be printed your car registration and booking reference number. Make your way to any available space and park your car. Keep this ticket safe as it will be needed on your return. If the barrier does not automatically issue you with a ticket, press the button for one.

How do I get to East Midlands Airport?

The car park is within an easy walking distance of the terminal building, taking just 4 - 6 minutes.

What about when it's time to leave?

Upon your return to the airport, proceed to your car and drive to the exit barrier. If your ticket has your car registration and booking reference number printed on it, please insert your ticket to leave. If your booking reference is not on your car parking ticket, please press the intercom button for assistance and quote your pre-booking reference number.

The car park has disabled bays and buses with wheelchair access. Customers with a Blue Badge who have booked Long Stay 1 can park for free in the Short Stay car park for 30 mins to drop off passengers, before parking in Long Stay 1. The Blue Badge ways work on a first come first served basis.
