What should I do when I arrive?

Drive up to the barrier at the entrance which will recognise your number plate and issue you a ticket before raising automatically. Keep this ticket safe as you will need it when you return. After you've collected your ticket, drive into the car park and park in any space before catching your shuttle bus over to the Terminal.

How do I get to East Midlands Airport?

Transfers run every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day and they take just 10 minutes to reach the terminal.

What about when it's time to leave?

After you've landed, catch the shuttle bus back to the car park and drive your car over to the exit barrier. Enter your ticket into the barrier which will raise to allow you to exit. If you need to, press the intercom button on the barrier and quote your reference number for assistance.
