What should I do when I arrive?

Drive to APH Park and Ride and drop your car in one of the arrival bays, then head to reception where you can drop your keys off and check your car in. One of the APH team will park your car for your while you head to Birmingham Airport.

Top Tip: Please allow some extra time to check-in and transfer during the busier periods.

How do I get to Birmingham Airport?

APH Park and Ride provides a free transfer bus to the airport which runs every 10 - 15 minutes and takes around 20 minutes

What about when it's time to leave?

Once you are back in the UK and you've collected your luggage, head to the area where the transfer bus dropped you off and you can catch it back to the car park.

How safe is my car?

While you're away your car will remain in the APH Park and Ride, secured car park. Below you can see the security features present in the car park:

Additional Information

APH Park and Ride cannot accept any large vehicles such as transit or any vehicles with trailers.

The transfer buses are unable to transport bikes, windsurfing/surf boards or items of a similar size.

There are disabled toilets in the car park and the transfer buses are wheelchair accessible.
