What should I do when I arrive?

Drive to the Meet and Greet car park opposite the terminal and make sure you take the ticket at the entry barrier. Leave your car in the drop-off lane, provide a member of staff with your keys and then head off to departures.

How do I get to Stansted Airport?

The Meet & Greet car park is at the terminal, so you only need to grab your luggage and make the two minute stroll to check-in.

What about when it's time to leave?

The Meet & Greet office is by the coach station in the Short Stay car park. All you need to do is head over to collect your keys, jump in your vehicle and set off on your journey home!

• There are no height restrictions for this car parking service.
• This service unfortunately cannot accept trailers.
• You will need to call the car park if you are going to be more than 30 minutes late. Please call them on 01279 680095.
• Airport trolleys for your luggage are available at the walkway near the terminal. You will need a pound coin to operate one.
