What should I do when I arrive?

Call the car park when you're fifteen minutes away, so they can prepare to meet you. Head to the Short Stay car park, where your driver will check your car for damage and take a photo. Provide them with your booking confirmation, keys and return flight information, then simply head off to check-in while your driver parks your vehicle in a secured car park.

How do I get to Southend Airport?

Once you have dropped your car off at the Short Stay car park, you only need to make the short walk to check-in.

What about when it's time to leave?

Call ahead once you've landed to let them know you're ready to collect your vehicle. Make the short walk back to the Short Stay to where you were met on arrival. Your driver will be waiting for you

How safe is my car?

Your vehicle will be kept in a secured car park with the following security features:

• This service is only available after 3.30am
• This service cannot accept vehicles with more than 8 seats.
• Purple Parking can only accept cars that fit into a standard parking space.
• If you are late collecting your car, you may need to pay the car park for the extra time - at ten pounds a day. However, Purple Parking will give you up until midnight on the date you booked to collect your car before you are charged.
• Make sure you are ready to leave before you call, as you'll have fifteen minutes to collect your car and exit the car park before you are charged.
• If you are parking a long wheel based vehicle, you will need to pay an additional supplement on arrival. This supplement will equal half of the total cost of the booking.
