What should I do when I arrive?

On arrival at the hotel car park, park in an available space.
Head to the main entrance reception area and ask for the next transfer bus, then proceed to the transfer bus pick-up point which is outside the hotel's main entrance. You can wait inside or outside the hotel for the transfer. Transfers run hourly from 7.30am to 2pm every day, between May 1 and October 31. Outside of these times, the hotel can arrange taxi for you which will be at a separate charge

How do I get to Shannon Airport?

The Bunratty Castle Hotel runs a free shuttle bus service to and from Shannon airport every hour from 7.30am to 2pm every day, between May 1 and October 31. Outside of these hours, or outside the summer season, the hotel can arrange for a taxi for you which will be at a separate charge.

What about when it's time to leave?

On arrival at the airport, leave the arrivals and proceed to the hotel transfer pick-up point. Wait here to catch the transfer bus back to the hotel. Transfers run hourly from 7.30am to 2pm every day, between May 1 and October 31. Outside of these times, the hotel can arrange taxi for you which will be at a separate charge.
When you arrive back at the hotel, please go to the reception with the ticket that you collected on entry to the car park. Please also take your booking confirmation to show proof that you have pre-paid. A member of the reception staff will then validate your ticket, allowing you to exit the hotel car park.
