What should I do when I arrive?

Drive through the ANPR entry barrier and head to the photo booth, where 360° cameras record your car's condition. Pull into the nearest arrivals lane, then visit reception with your booking confirmation, vehicle registration, flight details and keys. A fully insured driver will park your car for you.

Top Tip: Bring your charging cable and any accessories your vehicle needs, and arrive with at least 5% battery. If your car has a valet mode, switch it on when you arrive.

How do I get to Manchester Airport?

The included shuttle bus runs regularly, 24 hours a day, and takes around 7 minutes to the terminals. If you're returning to a different terminal, ask your driver where to catch the bus for your journey back.

What about when it's time to leave?

Catch the shuttle back to APH, collect your keys from reception and the team will direct you to your car. Your package includes 1 battery top-up after drop-off; your car may not be fully charged when you return.

Additional Information

Electric vehicle charging: Your package includes 1 battery top-up after you drop off your car. Bring your charging cable and any required accessories, and arrive with at least 5% battery. A full battery on collection is not guaranteed.

Accessibility: The shuttle buses are wheelchair accessible.

Luggage: The shuttle can carry luggage but cannot accommodate bikes, surfboards or similar large sporting equipment.

Early arrivals and late returns: A grace period of up to 6 hours may be allowed at the car park's discretion. After that, the standard charge is £10 per day, subject to change.

Vehicle restrictions: Most standard cars are accepted, but trailers and commercial vehicles are not. Your vehicle must fit beneath the 2.4m entry barrier and within a standard parking bay measuring 2.4m by 4.8m.
