What should I do when I arrive?

When you are about 40 minutes from Luton Airport give Swift Meet & Greet a call to let them know you're on the way (the number will be on your booking confirmation). Drive to the Multi-Storey Car Park and park in the Off-site Meet & Greet area, you'll be met by a Swift Meet & Greet driver; hand them your keys and the ticket you were given when you entered the car park. The driver will move your car to a secured car park while you head straight to the airport.

Top Tip: Don't worry, any important phone numbers will be included in your booking confirmation.

How do I get to Luton Airport?

Once you've handed over your keys it's a quick 3-4 minute walk to the terminal. Easy!

What about when it's time to leave?

While you're collecting your luggage give Swift Meet & Greet another call, they'll return your car to where you dropped it off and wait for you with the keys, then you're free to head home.

Please note: If you're going to be later than your scheduled collection time you will need to pay the driver for the additional time. You will also need £1 to exit the car park. If you are over 15 minutes late the charge to exit the car park will be £4.50. This charge is set by the airport and is unavoidable.
