What should I do when I arrive?
Give a member of the Park Up Meet and Greet team a call about 30 minutes before you arrive so they can be ready for you and then head to level 3 of the multi-storey car park. A member of the team will meet you there and you can walk to the terminal while they worry about parking your car.
How do I get to Luton Airport?
It's just a short stroll away!
What about when it's time to leave?
When you get back simply give Park Up Meet and Greet a call and they'll drop your car back off at the multi-storey car park.
How safe is my car?
While you're away your car will be kept in a secured car park with the following features:

Don't forget to print your booking confirmation as you'll need to show this when you arrive.
If you are late to collect your car you will be charged the standard daily rate of £20 per day (subject to change).
The car park can accomodate most car (not towing a trailer/not a commercial vehicle) as long as they fit under the entry barrier (2m) and fit in a standard parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
