What should I do when I arrive?

When you are twenty minutes away, call the car park to let them know you are nearly there. Drive to the on-site car park (formerly known as long-stay), and approach the entry barrier. Take a ticket and the barrier will rise to allow you in. Drive through, park in a space, and a uniformed driver will meet you to collect your keys and entry barrier ticket.

Make sure you call ahead so the driver can prepare to meet you, as if your car spends too long in the car park, you could be charged a fine.

How do I get to London City Airport?

No transfers are needed with this parking service. You need only unload your luggage and walk 3-5 minutes to the terminal.

What about when it's time to leave?

Once you've landed, call Greet & Go to tell them you are back. Grab your luggage and head back to the car park where you dropped off your vehicle. Your driver will meet you there. You will be provided with a ticket to exit the car park, and you'll need to cover the exit fee.

The exit fee is £3.20 if you leave within 10 minutes, £7.50 if you leave within 29 minutes.

How safe is my car?

The car park your vehicle is stored in has been awarded the coveted "Park Mark'. The Park Mark Award is given by the police to car parks that reach the benchmarks of their Safer Parking Scheme in recognition of car parks which have taken steps towards increased security and safety.

This car park's opening hours are Monday-Friday: 5AM-10PM, Saturday: 5AM-1PM, and Sunday: 11AM-10PM. You won't be able to drop off your vehicle outside of these hours.

This car park can only accept vehicles that are a maximum height of 2 metres and maximum width of 2.5 metres.

All damage to your vehicle must be reported before you leave.
