What should I do when I arrive?

Drive to reception and present your booking reference. You will be given a booking form, where you'll need to check that the dates, times and car details are correct. Make sure you hand over your keys to the staff at reception.

How do I get to Liverpool Airport?

You can either make the four minute walk, or take the shuttle transfer for £3 per person if you don't want to haul your luggage to the terminal. The bus runs on demand 24-hours a day.

What about when it's time to leave?

If you would like to catch the shuttle transfer back to the car park, collect your luggage and call reception on 07817549010 to let them know you are ready for collection. You will be picked up and returned to Reception, where your car will be waiting. If you are walking back to the car park, you do not need to ring ahead.
