We would highly recommend this service for disabled customers, those with a lot of luggage or large families, as there is no transfer - simply walk from your car to check-in.

Security: Imagine Outdoor is such a safe car park that it's been awarded the police-accredited Park Mark award, which is only given to car parks who maintain high quality security features. The facility has CCTV and staff regularly patrol with guard dogs - so you can have peace of mind that your car is in good hands.

On arrival: Remember to call the number provided 20 minutes before you arrive, to let Imagine know you're on your way. When you arrive at the airport terminal, your driver will be waiting for you - he'll take your keys and head off to park your car while you head to check-in.

On return: Ring Imagine whilst your collecting your baggage, and your driver will start to make his way to the same spot where you met him outside the airport. All you need to do is jump in and start the journey home. Do be aware that the airport charges £2 to leave the car park drop off area, so make sure you have enough in change.
