What should I do when I arrive?

Simply drive to the Short Stay car park for the terminal you are flying from and par in the designated parking bays. Hand your keys to the attendant at the Meteor reception and one of their professional drivers will park your car for you.

How do I get to Heathrow Airport?

You are just a couple of minutes' walk from the terminal, just stroll into departures and get ready for your trip!

What about when it's time to leave?

When you return to Heathrow after your journey you can collect your luggage and head back to the Short Stay car park. Pick up your keys from Meteor reception and go to the parking bays, your car will be ready and waiting for you.

How safe is my car?

Your car will be safely stored in a secured car park which is regularly inspected to ensure it is suitable. Below you can see the security features that will be present in the car park.

Additional Information

Vehicles that are over 2.1 metres high or 5 metres long can be collected for an additional charge.

There is a £25 charge for any vehicles being dropped off or returned outside of opening hours.
