What should I do when I arrive?

Drive to the Short Stay car park and when you're about 30 minutes away you'll need to give MBW Meet and Greet to confirm your drop off time (the number will be in your confirmation email along with directions). When you arrive a member of the MBW Meet and Greet team will greet you, they'll have all your booking details and will give you a number to call when you get back so that your car can be brought to you. Hand over your keys and let MBW worry about parking it for you while you stroll into departures and get your holiday off to a relaxed start.

What about when it's time to leave?

Once you've collected your luggage call the number the MBW driver gave you and head back to where you dropped your car off, it will be waiting for you. Pick up your keys and head home, nice and simple!

How safe is my car?

You car will be transferred to MBW's secure parking facility which has security fencing, CCTV cameras and 24-hour security patrols.
