What should I do when I arrive?
Drive to the Terminal 2 Short Stay car park, when you're about 30 minutes away you'll need to give MBW Meet and Greet to confirm your drop off time (the number will be in your confirmation email along with directions). When you arrive a member of the MBW Meet and Greet team will greet you, they'll have all your booking details and will give you a number to call when you get back so that your car can be brought to you. Hand over your keys and let MBW take care of the rest for you while you stroll to departures and get on with your holiday.
What about when it's time to leave?
Once you've collected your luggage call the number the MBW driver gave you and head back to where you dropped your car off, it will be waiting for you. Pick up your keys and head home, nice and simple!
How safe is my car?
You car will be transferred to MBW's secure parking facility which has security fencing, CCTV cameras and 24-hour security patrols.
