What should I do when I arrive?
When you're around 20 minutes away from Heathrow Airport you can give the car park a call to let them know you are on your way. Head to the Short Stay car park at Terminal 3 where you'll be met by a professional Maple Parking driver, grab your luggage and hand over your keys so they can park your car for you.
How do I get to Heathrow Airport?
There's no need to worry about catching transfers or anything like that, you can just walk directly to the terminal and get on with your trip.
What about when it's time to leave?
Once you've collected your luggage give Maple Parking another call, then stroll back to the car park, they'll bring your car back to you at the same point you dropped it off so you can jump in and head home.
How safe is my car?
While you're away Maple Parking will transfer your car to their secured car park, below you can see the security features at the car park:
