What should I do when I arrive?

Drive to Maple Parking Park & Ride on Bath Rd and park in an arrivals bay. Leave your keys so the team can securely park your car. Check in and catch the complimentary shuttle bus to Terminals 2 & 3.

How do I get to Heathrow Airport?

After parking, simply take the shuttle bus directly to Terminals 2 & 3. The transfer is quick and easy, it runs every 10-15 minutes from 4am to midnight, and gets you to the terminals in about 10 minutes.

What about when it's time to leave?

Upon your return, take the shuttle bus back to the car park. If you're running late, the shuttle will operate beyond midnight to accommodate flight delays. Be sure to give the car park as much notice as possible if you plan to return early, so your car can be ready for you.
