What should I do when I arrive?

When you arrive at East Midlands Short Stay 3 Car Park, cameras will read your number plate with automatic number plate recognition. Once your number plate has been read, you'll be issued with a ticket; take it and the barrier will open and you can park up in a space that's convenient for you. When you book you'll need to provide your car details in order to open the barrier. We also recommend that you take a printed copy of your booking if there are any issues. If the barrier doesn't raise, press the intercom and you'll be able to talk to a staff member.

How do I get to East Midlands Airport?

What about when it's time to leave?

Upon your return to the airport, proceed to your car and drive to the exit barrier. Please insert your validated ticket to leave and the barrier will raise automatically. Alternatively, return to your car and drive to the barrier where you can use the intercom to quote your booking reference number and registration.
