What should I do when I arrive?

Drive directly to the Long Stay 4 car park and up to the entry barrier; the barrier will scan your car registration and then automatically lift to let you in. A member of staff will meet you, hand you a ticket and direct you to a parking area.

Top Tip: Keep hold of the ticket you are given as you'll need this to leave the car park.

How do I get to Cardiff Airport?

Once you've parked up you can jump on the free transfer bus which runs on demand and should have you at the airport in around 10 minutes.

What about when it's time to leave?

When you get back from your holiday you can pick up the same transfer bus from the red stop at the front of the terminal; this will take you back to the car park where you can collect your car and head to the exit. A member of the team will check your ticket and then you can head home!

How safe is my car?
