What should I do when I arrive?

We operate an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system. It is essential you enter the correct vehicle registration at the time of making the booking.

When you arrive at the car park entry barrier, the ANPR system will take a moment to read your vehicle registration. Press the button on the machine to be issued with a green ticket and the barrier will lift.

We recommend that you bring a copy of your confirmation with you. Once you're through the barrier, park your car, grab your luggage, keep your keys and head to check in. It's as simple as that.

Top Tip: Keep your ticket safe as you will need to insert it at the exit barrier when leaving the car park.

How do I get to Bristol Airport?

There's no transfers, just make the short 4 minute walk from the car park to the terminal.

What about when it's time to leave?

To exit the car park; drive up to the barrier and insert the ticket you were issued when you arrived before your trip. The barrier will lift and you can be on your way. If there are any issues you can use the intercom button for help.

If the ticket you were issued upon arrival does not have your correct registration number printed on the front, or it reads "payment required", please approach the Car Park Kiosk (next to the exit barrier) and present your booking confirmation and entry ticket. The kiosk staff will correctly validate your ticket so you can then pass through the barrier.
