What should I do when I arrive?

On arrival at Bristol Premier Car Park an Automatic Number Plate Recognition system will read your registration number when you approach the entry barrier so please double check you have entered the correct number when making your booking. Press the button on the entry machine to be issued a parking ticket and raise the barrier.

Park your car in any parking bay you like and then walk to the airport terminal.

How do I get to Bristol Airport?

There are no transfers. The Premier Car Park is right next to Bristol Airport terminal so you can walk from your car straight to check-in.

What about when it's time to leave?

On return to Bristol airport walk to your car and drive to the exit. Insert your ticket into the machine to raise the barrier. If the barrier does not rise, press the intercom button for assistance.

If the ticket you were issued upon arrival does not have your correct registration number printed on the front, or it reads "payment required", please approach the Car Park Kiosk (next to the exit barrier) and present your booking confirmation and entry ticket. The kiosk staff will correctly validate your ticket so you can then pass through the barrier.
