What should I do when I arrive?

When you arrive, check in with the team at the arrivals area. They will direct you to your parking spot. Keep your keys, note where you parked, and take the included shuttle bus to the terminal, which takes about 3 minutes.

How do I get to Birmingham Airport?

The shuttle bus will take you directly to the terminal from the car park in just 3 minutes.

What about when it's time to leave?

Upon your return, take the shuttle bus back to the car park where you will find your car exactly where you left it.
