What should I do when I arrive?

Drive straight to the check-in area at Airparks ShortRun Premium. A member of the team will greet you, check you in and show you where to park, all without you needing to leave your car.

You'll be given a ticket containing your return instructions. Keep this ticket safe, as you'll need to show it to the shuttle bus driver when you return.

Once you've parked, keep hold of your keys, collect your luggage and walk to the nearby shuttle bus stop.

How do I get to Birmingham Airport?

The included shuttle buses run every 15 minutes, 24 hours a day. The journey to the airport terminal takes just 5 minutes.

What happens when I return?

When you land back at Birmingham Airport, follow the return instructions provided on your ticket and catch the shuttle bus back to the car park. Show your ticket to the driver and, when you arrive, your car will be exactly where you left it.

Top Tip: Keep your return ticket somewhere safe and easy to reach, as you'll need to show it to the shuttle bus driver.

Airparks ShortRun Premium is a flexible parking option, allowing you to arrive and leave at any time of day. Whether you're early or running a little late, you won't be charged extra as long as you arrive on the same calendar day you've booked.

How safe is my car?

You keep your car keys while you're away, so your car will remain exactly where you parked it. The car park has more than 1,000 well-lit spaces and is protected by the following security measures:

Toilets are available next to the check-in area. The shuttle bus stops are sheltered and have seating.

Accessibility

There are no dedicated accessible parking bays, but the Airparks ShortRun team will be happy to help. The Premium service provides a space closer to the shuttle bus stop, and the team can direct the shuttle or find a convenient parking space where possible.

Most standard cars can use this car park if they are under 2.1m high, 2m wide and 5m long. If you're parking a long-wheelbase vehicle, take a look at the Larger Vehicles package.

The car park cannot accept commercial vehicles, high-sided vehicles, minibuses, mobile homes, lorries, caravans or trailers.

Arriving early or returning late: The car park offers a grace period until midnight at its discretion. After this, you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This rate is subject to change.
