What should I do when I arrive?
When you are about 20 minutes away from Birmingham Airport, give ACE Meet and Greet a call (the number to call will be provided in your booking confirmation) to let them know you are on your way. Drive to the Valet Parking car park and collect a ticket from the barrier - the ACE Meet and Greet driver will meet you there. Once you have your luggage you can hand your keys over to the driver so they can park your car.
How do I get to Birmingham Airport?
One of the best things about ACE Meet and Greet parking is that you are already at the airport, just a 2 minute walk from the terminal.
What about when it's time to leave?
When you get back to the UK and you've collected your luggage just stroll back to the Valet Parking car park; the ACE Meet and Greet driver will be waiting there with your car and a ticket to allow you to exit the car park. Hop in and head home, nice and easy.

Additional Information
The drop-off point in the Valet Parking car park cannot accept any vehicles higher than 7 feet, minibuses, high-sided vehicles, mobile homes, lorries, caravans or trailers. All cars must fit into a standard size parking space which is 2.4m x 4.8m. If your car is too large for this space there will be additional charges.
