What should I do when I arrive?

Call the car park twenty minutes before you arrive to let them know you are coming. Drive to the car park formerly known as long-stay, and approach the entry barrier, where you'll be given a ticket. Keep hold of this ticket and drive in, parking your vehicle in any space. A uniformed driver will meet you, and you'll need to give them the ticket and your keys.

Make sure you call ahead, as you could be charged a fine if your car is in the car park for longer than allowed.

How do I get to London City Airport?

This car park is only a 3-5 minute walk to the terminal. You'll simply need to unload your luggage from your vehicle and head-off once your driver has collected your keys and ticket.

What about when it's time to leave?

When you land, call the car park to let them know you've returned. Grab your luggage, then make the walk back to the car park, where your uniformed driver will meet you with your vehicle. They will also give you a ticket so you can exit the car park, and you'll need to pay the exit fee.

The exit fee is £3.20 if you leave within ten minutes, £7.50 if you leave within 29.

How safe is my car?

Your vehicle will be stored in a 'Park Mark' awarded car park. This is awarded by the British Parking Association to sites with excellent security features.

Is this car parking service accessible?

This car park cannot accept vehicles with a height over 2 metres and width over 2.5 metres.

The car park's opening hours are Monday-Friday: 5AM-10PM, Saturday: 5AM-1PM, Sunday: 11AM-10PM. Your car has to be dropped-off inside these hours.

All vehicle damage must be reported before you leave.
