You might see BBC's Rouge Traders running a feature on how to avoid a bad experince with meet and greet airport parking - Thursday 26th September, BBC1, 8pm - (check out the clip here if you miss it). Airparks does not work with the parking operator mentioned on the show, but with our experince parking 1000s of cars every year, we wanted to share with you a few more tips and tricks on how to ensure you have parking peace of mind.
When you're leaving your car with someone for a few weeks, trust is important. So make sure that there's someone on the end of the phone that you can talk to and ask any questions that you may have. At Airparks, our award-winning call centre is available 8am-9pm on weekdays and 8.30am-8pm at weekends. You can talk to us on 0871 360 2603.
If the airport uses an Approved Operator scheme for Meet and Greet Parking, cyou can check that the parking operator that you're using is listed. Any Meet and Greet operators that we use are on the scheme, meaning that you can book any of our suppliers with confidence.
We are confident in our products because we test out every one that we sell. We visit all of the car parks that we sell, and check that there's proper security and fantastic people working there. Take a look on our website for reccommendations, photographs and videos of the places we've visited and help to put your mind at rest before you leave. It's always worth your while doing a bit of research and checking whether there's evidence the company you're dealing with have visited the car parks they're offering and checked them out.
You wouldn't go on holiday without insurance, so you shouldn't leave your car with someone else without making sure that it's insured while it's in their care.
It couldn't be easier;
At Airparks, our speciality is ensuring that your Meet and Greet parking is straight forward and stress free, so we have hand picked the very best companies to work with, many of which we have been dealing with for over 10 years. We visit all of our parking providers, and make sure the car parks meet our standards, such as having proper security in place. We make sure their drivers are properly qualified and properly insured. And like every product we offer, we try and test it ourselves before we recommend it to you - and we would never reccommend anything to you that we wouldn't use ourselves..
As with lots of things, it pays to be early when booking your Meet and Greet parking. Prices climb higher as you approach your departure date, but you could save up to £59 if you pre book your airport parking instead of paying on the day.Book my Meet and Greet parking today
