What should I do when I arrive?

Park your car outside the Park Wise reception. Unload your luggage and present your booking confirmation at the reception desk. You'll be asked to leave your keys with the staff and will be given a receipt. Hold onto your receipt because you will be asked for this when you return. Step onto the transfer bus and away you go.

How do I get to Heathrow Airport?

There is no additional charge for the shuttle bus to and from the airport - just hop on. It takes between 6 and 12 minutes to take you to terminal 1 or terminal 3. Please be aware, the buses are not wheelchair accessible but if you notify the car park in advance, they will arrange alternative transport for you.

What about when it's time to leave?

You will find the shuttle bus back to Park Wise at bus stop bus from terminal 1 and bus stop 22 outside terminal 3. When you arrive back at Park Wise, step into reception and present your parking receipt. Your car will be waiting for you in a bay outside reception.

How safe is my car?

Park Wise holds a Park Mark award meaning its security has been accredited by the police. It is staffed 24 hours a day and they conduct regular security patrols of the grounds. There are CCTV cameras, security fencing and lighting and entry/exit barriers.
