What should I do when I arrive?
When you arrive, drive to the barrier and take a ticket (keep it somewhere safe for your return!). Once the barrier raises, find a convenient space to park in the signed wider spaces area. After you've gathered your belongings, head to the bus stop. The free shuttle runs every 10 minutes, 24 hours a day and will have you at the terminal in just 3 minutes.

What about when it's time to leave?
Welcome back! To collect your car, please catch the shuttle bus from the terminal back to the car park. The bus runs every 10 minutes and the journey is a quick 3 minutes. Once you're back at your vehicle, drive to the exit barrier and insert your original entry ticket to leave.
