What should I do when I arrive?

Drive up to the entry barrier at Car Park 1 and wait while it automatically reads your number plate; you'll be issued a ticket and the barrier will lift to let you into the car park. Park in any available space you like and grab your luggage - it's as simple as that.

Top Tip: Keep hold of the ticket you were issued as you'll need it to exit the car park.

How do I get to Birmingham Airport?

Just follow the zebra crossing and you're there, a quick 2 minute walk.

What about when it's time to leave?

Just walk back across the zebra crossing to the car park (after you've collected your luggage!) and your car will be just where you left it. Drive up to the exit barrier and insert the ticket you were given when you arrived, the gat will lift and off you go!

Top Tip: There's a button to press if you have any trouble with your ticket, a staff member will help you.

How safe is my car?

Your car will stay in the secured car park in the same spot you parked it in while you're away. Below you can see the security features present at the car park.

Additional Information

The car park cannot accommodate any vehicles that are over 2.15m tall.

There are disabled parking bays on the ground floor, you will need to display your Blue Badge while you're away. There are lifts to each level and all of Car Parks 2 and 3 have disabled access.
