Hints and Tips for your Gran Canaria Airport transfer

For your outward journey

• When you book your Gran Canaria airport transfer, we will send you a booking confirmation by email, keep a hard copy of this for both your outward and return journeys.
• On arrival at Gran Canaria airport, your driver will either meet you either in Arrivals or at the designated desk. This will be indicated on your booking confirmation.
• All our Gran Canaria airport transfer options have a baggage allowance of 1 suitcase and 1 item of hand luggage per passenger.
• If you're travelling on a shared shuttle, you will be sharing your coach with a number of fellow passengers. The order you are dropped off will depend on where everyone is staying. There may be a wait of up to 50 minutes while other passengers arrive.
• If you're travelling with young children, it's advised to take your own car seat with you.
• Should your outbound flight be delayed, then ring the number on your confirmation to let the provider know. Alternative arrangements can then be made to collect you from the airport when your flight eventually lands.



For your return journey

• Make sure you have your return confirmation ready to hand to your driver.
• We recommend you're packed and ready to leave for your airport transfer back to Gran Canaria Airport around 15 minutes before your collection time.
