What should I do when I arrive?

When you are about 20 minutes from the airport you'll need to give Airparks Meet and Greet Valet a call to let them know you are on the way. Drive to the Valet Parking car park and collect a ticket from the entry barrier; you'll be met by a member of team in the car park. Once you've got your luggage you can hand your keys and the ticket you received over to the driver.

How do I get to Birmingham Airport?

All you need to do is walk to the terminal, just 2 minutes way! Nice and simple.

What about when it's time to leave?

Once you have collected your luggage give Airparks Meet and Greet Valet a call (the number will be provided in your booking confirmation) to let them know you are ready to have your car returned. Head back to the Valet Parking car park where the driver will be waiting with your car, they'll give you back your keys and a ticket which will allow you to leave the car park without being charged.

Additional Information

The car valet service includes a hand wash with shampoo and wax to the outside of your car, a door shut and tyre clean, then a leather dry.

The drop-off point cannot accept any vehicles over 7 feet tall, minibuses, high-sided vehicles, mobile homes, lorries, caravans or trailers.

Your car must fit in a standard parking bay (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). If it doesn't you must pre-arrange this with Airparks and additional charges will apply.
