What should I do when I arrive?
Pull up to the barrier where the camera will read your registration plate (make sure you're in the car you booked with us!), print you a ticket and let you into the car park; if you have any trouble with this press the "call" button for assistance. Once you're in the car park find a parking space, grab your luggage and head to the bus stop.
How do I get to Stansted Airport?
A free transfer bus runs every 20 minutes and takes about 15 minutes to reach the terminal, simply hop on and enjoy the ride!
What about when it's time to leave?
Catch the free transfer bus back to the car park from Stansted Airport and find your car (remember where you parked!). When you pull up to the exit barrier insert your ticket into the machine and wait for the barrier to rise. If you have any problems with this just press the "call" button for help.
Top Tip: When exiting don't insert your payment card into the machine or you may be charged for your parking again.

Bus trip in very good. how ever trip back to car not so good , about to get on bus when doors suddenly close and bus leaves without us bus was not full and find it very hard to believe that driver could not see us in his mirror. We only just made our flight. Someone also asked one of the drop off buses if she could radio & tell us when the next bus was coming. She told the person she was being rude and that there was a driver change over then drove off. It was freezing cold & frustrating having to wait so long. JetParks Stansted Airport The car park seems daunting at first as it is massive and at least for my early morning arrival there was no visible staff about if needed, but there are large signs telling you which zone to head for. It did take a while to locate the zone and then find a space as the open zone was almost full save for 3 spaces. It does take longer than at other Air Parks e.g. at Luton and Southend where the car is parked for you, so it’s important to ensure you have plenty of time. However, the bus arrived within minutes of getting to the shelter. Be aware there is no toilet so plan ahead. There was a bus at the stop when I left the airport and the driver announced each stop in sufficient time so we could all buzz to get off. Again, this takes some time as they have to do a circuit of all the zones but I didn’t find it a bad journey, just make sure to pay attention and buzz promptly when your zone is called. Someone buzzed a little too late then had to wait till the next shelter. I had initially been daunted by the prospect of finding my car again but the frequent signage breaking down each lettered zone into numbered elements meant I was able to locate it pretty quickly. I didn’t even need to use the card I had printed at the check point entry machine as the cameras recognised my plate and I was able to sail through with no issues. Overall I was pretty happy with the car park once I got used to the system, and it is far more reasonable than the other parking options and I would use again. Miss Andrews 25 Mar, 2019

Only issues are on previous flight in may had to wait 45mins for bus at stanstead by this time que was very long & when bus did turn up it was like a free for all, drivers need to police this. Also had to wait 45mins at carpark for bus in june, makes start of hols bit stressful you advertise 12 -15mins ?. JetParks Stansted Airport On arrival, many entrances had Zone closed and the only sign we saw was Exit. Which if we had gone out, we assumed ticket no longer valid. So we went through a Zone closed to park. On arrival back to the airport we saw Jet Park signs but the paperwork had Airparks in blue which confused the bus driver as well as us, until we found the wording Jetpark on the form. I have in the past needed to change my booking. I had paid the small cancellation supplement to be able to do this. And it wasn’t a problem at all. Easy to find and park. Being a certain age we always assume that it is us who have made the mistake. Staff on the help button were helpful but can we suggest that airparks check that the vinyl sticker on the help button is visible as it wasn't clear which button to press. We were not happy about the slowness of the bus to get us to the airport.Previously the bus from jet parks has swiftly taken us to the airport, this time we had to stop at several stop and some for over 5 mins before the bus got on its way to the airport. Only negative was at Stansted, on our return, very confusing signs directing us to two different locations, as buses had been redirected. When we got to the coach park as directed, suddenly told by a national express operative that we should have been upstairs as buses being returned back there as normal. The exit signs are unnecessarily confusing , often causing you to drive around the park to exit only a few yards from where you are parked. There are security cameras in all zones keeping an eye on your car for you. Leaving the car park is also easy enter your ticket and away you go. I will definitely be using this service again.
