Information for travellers affected by the events in Tunisia

We've all been deeply affected by the tragic situation in Tunisia and are doing everything we can to help. We have extra people on the phones to try and answer your calls as quickly as possible. Our contact centre is open from 08:00 to 23:00 today.
Cancelling your booking
If you need to cancel your booking, you can fill in this form and we will get back to you in the next 48 hours to help.
All our normal terms and conditions will apply, with a few exceptions: • If you booked before 26 Jun 2015 and are no longer travelling, we will cancel your booking without any administration charges. • If you are changing your travel plans and your new booking is cheaper than the original, we will refund the difference. • If your new booking is more expensive, we will ask you to pay the difference.
Delays returning home
If you think your flight home will be delayed and you're worried about being charged extra, just fill in this form and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
