What should I do when I arrive?

When you are about 20 minutes from the airport give Stress-Free a call to let them know when you will arrive - the number will be including in your booking confirmation. Your driver will meet you outside departures, follow signs for the drop-off point and as you enter keep to the right hand lane.

How do I get to Birmingham Airport?

There's no need to worry about transfers as you are met outside departures, just stroll in and get your holiday underway.

What about when it's time to leave?

When you have returned to the UK and collected your luggage give the driver a call to let them know to bring your car round; head to the pick up point and they'll meet you with your car.
