Purple Parking Park and Ride T2 Heathrow Airport My car was looked after and I am happy with the service. However, when I booked the parking it said starting from 2.30 am. We were particularly pleased that the shuttle bus ran as advertised every 20 minutes. Our car was ready as soon as we arrived but it would be helpful if the directional signing was clearer, eg 'area B' seemed to be on both sides of your reception area which was confusing. Also, when I came to go, the car had been parked very close to the car next to mine, even though there was loads of space available - this meant potential of doors banging into the side of cars. Purple Parking Park and Ride T2 Heathrow Airport Hi The parking drop off and pick up was fine but the drivers upon collection had limited customer service or interpersonal skills. A driver arrived almost immediately but was clearly quite full already. He greeted us with 'The bus is full. You'll have to get the next one'. I got the message but he could work on the delivery! He didn't strike me as being the top in the class with customer service skills or with his own job satisfaction. Maybe it was just me. The next bus arrived and collected us. Purple Parking Park and Ride T2 Heathrow Airport You don't have to hang around waiting for a bus to fill up, they take you straight to the airport as soon as you're ready. They were also very good when we arrived back home; I phoned as soon as I got through immigration but we had problems after that. It took ages to get our suitcases, and when they finally arrived one had been damaged so I had to go and make a claim. It took nearly 2 hours to get out of the airport so the car had gone by the time we got out.
