MBW Meet and Greet T5 Heathrow Airport We found the park fairly easy, we did arrive early, which was down to us, I did ring ahead, but because it was early morning we had to wait about an hour, but when someone did turn up, the hand over went smoothly, we opted to have the car cleaned whilst we were away. When we returned I phoned when we got our cases, and was told the car was waiting for us at the carpark, the directions to get back to the car park were clear and easy to follow, the car was washed and cleaned inside and out, and we were on our way home, I would use again Mrs Bond 20 May, 2018

When I landed they phoned me first to let me know my car was en route! When I collected my baggage I made my way to the nearby collection point in the short stay car park & car arrived two mins later. Easy peasy! Would definitely recommend & use again. MBW Meet and Greet T5 Heathrow Airport The meet and greet is a fantastic service and having your car waiting for you at the airport is great. The only issue we had was finding the car park. I feel you need to update your directions because from some areas around Heathrow there are no sign posts for the short stay car park at T5.
