Unfortunately on our arrival , our reservation was not on the system despite my confirmation email, but this was quickly resolved. Due to airparks being jnder the same company as fast park and others with similar names the directions to the correct car park were confusing at 6am, but we managed to find correct park eventually. With so many different car parks with very similar names at stances 4 and 5 it turned into chaos when people didn't know where they were supposed to be and buses were coming to stance 5 when they should've been going to stance 4.
