Short Stay Southampton Airport Parking so close to the terminal made a lot of difference, especially on my return at the end of an exhausting day. having flown back from a huge and quite daunting European hub where my walk from check in to departure gate took very nearly 30 minutes. Down side is we were asked to call as we got off the plane at Southampton airport which we did and told the meet & greet man , when we got to the car he gave us our ticket and said we would be charged at the exit barrier £4.00 because he had to wait longer than minutes , l suggest you change this at Southampton , to call after passport control because that was what delayed us , and £4.00 for minutes is a joke , and was not happy at all about this extra charge Mr Cobb 06 Sep, 2017

However,my car was obviously parked in a muddy area as the bottom half of the car was covered in mud streaks and the drivers floor mat was covered in mud. Meet and Greet at Short Stay Southampton Airport The understanding driver who didn't make a fuss when I practically threw my keys at him and ran, as I was late and almost missed my flight. I checked in with 60 seconds to spare so any drama on his part would have scuppered me, but he just got my signature and let me dash off. Slight delay on return, but as I was advised (very apologetically) that it would be 20 minutes I was able to go get a coffee and come back and it the driver was exactly 20 minutes before delivering my car back, again with no fuss.
