Short Stay 1 Newcastle Airport I used Airparks short term parking at Newcastle Airport in March.I found everything straightforward,from the booking to the parking and then picking up the car and leaving.In the past I have used Airparks where you leave your keys and get the short transfer to the airport from the car park because it was in my opinion secure where as with short or long term parking the car is left out in the open.I will use short term parking again but would prefer to use the Airparks secure parking for my peace of mind. Only knocked 1 star off because on arrival at Newcastle airport we got diverted to the overspill car park as Short Stay 1, which we had booked, was full. Probably not Airparks fault though. Short Stay 1 Newcastle Airport Disabled parking bay close to the exit ramp and the easy short walk to the terminal, would use this facility again and again, no buses to worry about is the best stressless feeling ever. The only negative I could find was no luggage trolley area within the carpark, when Disabled it is a struggle to walk three times to the terminal before you get to enter the Airport Terminal. However since the car park has been altered and a new drop off building erected I had approximately a 5 min walk to get trolley then back to car then back to airport. Once the reservation was made, all I had to do was follow the instructions to the short stay car park, find a space and park. Then I only had to walk a hundred yards or so to the terminal.
