Multi Storey Manchester Airport Simple process to make the booking, car was ID'd by the ANPR cameras going in & out so no issues. However, our return flight was cancelled and our only option was to come back 1 day earlier than planned, and you wanted to charge me £30 more for 1 day less!!! Multi Storey Manchester Airport We parked at T1 Multistorey but was originally booked for T2, however had to change due to Jet2 moving departures to Greece to that terminal. Not the easiest process changing the booking as we had to cancel first booking to makes changes. Very disappointed to have to pay nearly £30 more for parking. Slight niggles were that the entrance to the car park was barriered off when we arrived with no signage to say where to go, we had to ask an attendant who then moved some barriers so we could get into park. Multi Storey Manchester Airport The ability to get a space at the height of the holiday season at Terminal 1 What I did not enjoy was the fact that the first entrance ( as per your booking instructions) was closed off and there was no indication that there was another manned entrance further past the drop off point. I had to park at the drop off point and luckily the person I asked pointed me in the right direction. Term 2 multistory wasn't taking bookings, I can't honestly say on this occasion I felt it was a great experience. Multi Storey Manchester Airport Unfortunately after parking our car, we had an issue with a passport and we had to leave the car park and t4avel to Liverpool. We returned to the car park the following day and repacked. Our return to the UK was delayed by five hours due to a problem with our plane. When we a0proached the barrier I could not leave and had a conversation on the intercom with a gentleman who didn’t seem to have much sympathy for our genuine issue. Several cars pulled up behind us at the barrier and I was very stressed. Eventually the barrier was lifted. I had called your company to inform you of my delay and was told by a very understanding lady that everything would be fine. I can only request that a little understanding and sympathy will go a long way when customers have a genuine issue in future. This is why I scored only 5 points for my satisfaction. Multi Storey Manchester Airport Not getting wet, as we were parked in the multi storey @ Terminal 1 & it was raining heavily when we returned. Also allowed us to arrive a little later for departure & get away a little earlier when arriving back. Only criticism would be that all of the multi storey car park floor was absolutely filthy, with dropped food, tissues & litter & very "tacky" everywhere. It is clearly never washed down & cleaned. It was sticking to the wheels of our suitcases & got in the car & on the carpets & bed when we returned. Gross.
