APH Manchester Airport All just as expected, we arrived at the approximate booking time, parked the car, booked in and on the bus to the airport, great. Same on arrival back, despite been two hours late due to flight disruption, all went as per the plan. Text the code, walked to the pre-arranged covered shelter and 5 mins, the bus arrived. APH Manchester Airport We used APH at Manchester, even though we had no issues I think I’d struggle to use them again. Why? The staff are rude and miserable from the second you arrive, to the second you get dropped off. This was the same on our return to Manchester. The car park was easy to find, just off the motorway, we left the car at the reception and after an easy check in, the bus was waiting and our bags were put on the rack for us. We were a bit stupid not to have read it at the end, but in a rush to leave, and with several code numbers, it was not so obvious at the final gate that we had a different code on the exit card. I personally did not like that we stopped at all 3 terminals, waiting for other people to board the bus before going back to the car park. No one wants to be doing that at midnight. On arrival to the office you are attended to straight away and there isn't a long wait before you are transported over to the hotel. On arrival I was able to ask a member of staff what I needed to do as I hadn’t use the facility before. I was given a ticket telling me what I needed to do on arrival back from my holiday and I didn’t have to wait long before being collected from the airport. Having used Airparks now for approx 15+ years usually Birmingham or East Midlands I was a little disappointed when collecting my car when I was told “ Through that door there mate†On going through at around 1.30am after a long day & delays with flights I expected to be advised WHERE my car was. On asking the receptionist he said just press your remote mate & you’ll find it easy.Every other APH we have used gives you a location so that was the only niggle I had. The driver was driving as fast as possible racing around corners, the luggage got thrown across the bus. He sat on the tail of any vehicle in front of him accelerating where possible and breaking suddenly. We arrived shaken. We and another passenger complained when we arrived and our complaints were dismissed with comments about this type of driving being necessary in these traffic conditions and the driver being very experienced. We arrived at the office to check in and the car was parked for us and a driver was on site waiting to take us to the terminal. He loaded our cases and was really cheerful. The chap behind the counter was really welcoming and friendly too. He gave us a card with details to text on our return which we did and the driver was waiting at the terminal for us. Again very friendly and took our bags to load up. I would recommend this company to all my friends as it made the difference between a stressful and completely stress free holiday. The whole experience was excellent, both departing and returning. We text when we collected our luggage, and the bus was available when we went out to the nearby bus stop.The driver on the return , who was very friendly and helpful,went the extra mile, in taking our luggage onto the bus, and unloading it into reception, even though we didn't expect it, or need him to do that. APH Manchester Airport I have used Airparks Manchester twice now and both times it has worked very well. However I do have a big concern. On both occasions, my car night-time lights (i.e. headlights and rear) were switched from automatic to off by the car park staff. This creates a safety risk. I normally keep the lights on automatic setting - I never have to alter this - and on the first time I used Airparks I did not notice that this had actually been altered. As the car also has daylight front lights permanently on, it looked to me at night as if the night-time lights were on OK; however the rear lights were in fact not on (I only realised this later, when I couldn't get full beam on the headlights). So this was a dangerous situation. I don't know why the car park staff feel it necessary to alter the setting for night-time lights from automatic to off. In my opinion they should not do so. My husband has a bad hip and last year hurt himself trying to "rush" our cases on to the jampacked jetparks bus where there was no room for cases and no room to sitdown. Airparks drivers help with cases and aren't impatient to get going, they wait for everyone and help both ends. I was travelling on my own with two children and nothing was too much trouble they helped me with my cases both on and off the bus, as well as taking the time to talk to my youngest whilst I was unloading the car. Once I landed back it was a quick text and within about 10-15 minutes the bus was there, again very helpful getting my cases on and off the bus. The whole experience was great from start to finish. I handed in my keys and was given instructions for my return, then straight onto a bus which dropped me right outside Manchester T3. I was concerned about the return, as my flight was a late one! I followed the instructions and texted the code and received a reply straight away. The bus arrived about 10 minutes later and the driver got off the bus and helped with the bags! APH Manchester Airport Bus was waiting to take to to terminal driver carried my suit cases on and off bus, quick phone call on landing bus was there to take me back to my car within 3 minutes and driver again loaded my suit cases on and off the bus. APH Manchester Airport We were quickly booked in on arrival and within a few mins. on our way to the airport. About 10.00 mins transfer due to traffic and poor wet weather conditions. Staff very friendly and most helpful at reception and on bus. On our return the transfer bus arrived quite quickly and the driver was most helpful. Down side was that the bus stop is quite a way from the terminal building. My wife finds it difficult to walk far distances and others who are disabled or elderly with mobility problems would also find the location pick up point (with heavy luggage in tow) problematic. Also on pick up the weather was raining quite heavily and this also can cause problems(walking to pick up point)due to pick up point being in the open. Mr Ali 30 Apr, 2016

APH Manchester Airport This is such a simple service to use. I booked online (it's usually the cheapest) turned up on the morning, booked in, handed my key over and got on the bus. We were inside the terminal less than 10 minutes later. On our return to Manchester I sent our reference number by text and received an auto text telling me where to wait and the bus showed up about 10 minutes later and once back at the office handed in my receipt, car key handed back and the car was parked 25 yards from the office.
